How do I place an order?

To purchase a pair of Premiata shoes you need to access its product page.
There are several ways to find the pair of shoes you want,
Starting from the home page of our site:

Click on "DISCOVER OUR COLLECTION" and discover all the shoes;
Click on one of the categories that you find in the main navigation menu at the top of the page and discover the various models in the catalog;
Click on one of the images of the shoes displayed in the window from our home page;
Search for one of our models through the search bar at the top right of the page visible by clicking on the search icon and press the enter key.

Once you have seen the products related to the category you have chosen or the search you have done, you can view the details by clicking on the product.
Here you can choose your size, and, by clicking on "ADD TO CART" or "BUY IT NOW", you can finalize the purchase of what you have chosen or continue shopping and complete your purchase later on.
You can choose to end your purchase after placing an item in your cart by clicking on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
If you decide to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart at the top right of any page.
In this case, to complete your purchase you can click on the cart icon at the top right.
After clicking "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" you will be re-directed to the checkout page and you will have to fill the required fields to complete your order.

Is it necessary to be registered to place an order?

No, it's not necessary, you can use your email and phone number and place an order as a Guest.

I have placed an order but I would like to purchase something else.
Can I add my new purchases to an already closed order?

You can contact our customercare at customercare@premiata.us, our team take care of your request as soon as possible.

How do I know where my order is?

When your order will be shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number, if you have not received the email please write to customercare@premiata.us
